Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To return an item, please email us at support@zonec.shop with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
We are not responsible for any items that are seized or confiscated by customs authorities in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import laws and regulations. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items seized by customs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the desired item.
